Conference Accommodation

The Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) is in the heart of the city and is within walking distance of a range of accommodation options to suit all budgets - hotels, guest houses, bed and breakfasts and hostels.  Summer months can be busy in the city and you are advised to book well in advance.

Please go to the Scottish Tourist Board website www.visitscotland.com/guide/where-to-stay for more information.
We have taken the opportunity to reserve accommodation in a variety of 3-5 star hotels in Edinburgh within walking distance of the EICC. All rates quoted are per room per night and include breakfast and taxes.

Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.  The full amount must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.  If you need to cancel your reservation we will not be able to refund any accommodation fees after 21st April 2010.

If you do not arrive at your accommodation on the due date, any subsequent nights will be cancelled and no refund will be available after 21st April 2010.

For more information on the hotels listed below, please click on the website addresses given.

If the rooms in the hotels below are showing as fully booked, you are welcome to contact the hotel and make a booking with them directly.
